Gloucestershire Young Carers helps young people whose caring role is affecting their mental wellbeing. For ages 8 to 24. You can refer yourself if you're over 18. If you're under 18, you'll need permission from a parent or carer.

Calm Harm sets you tasks to help you resist and manage the urge to self harm until it fades. It uses principles from an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). For ages 13 and over.
