  • Get support from Young Gloucestershire (YG) (free)

    YG offers counselling programmes and practical support for a range of issues. Whether you're struggling with your mental health, self-harm, leaving care or you need practical help, YG can support you. You can call YG on 01452 501 008 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

  • Get face to face, online or telephone counselling from TiC+ (free)

    TiC+ knows that no matter what you might be going through, it helps to talk about it. Their counsellors are trained to listen without judging, and help you get things back on track and can support you face to face, online or over the phone. TiC+ will talk to you to find an appointment time that works for you. For ages 9 to 25. Call TiC+ on 01594 372 777.

  • Get support from Young Minds Matter (YMM) (free)

    Young Minds Matter (YMM) offers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) through some schools. You'll need to check whether your school is included before you fill in the form to request support. A teacher or someone working at your school should be able to help.

  • Join a TiC+ online workshop and learn new ways to manage difficult thoughts and feelings with InTER-ACT (free)

    If you’re struggling with difficult thoughts and feelings, inTER-ACT can help you to learn new ways of managing them. InTER-ACT is for individuals aged 9-25 across Gloucestershire whether you’re having counselling or not. TiC+ recommend giving it a go before making a request for counselling or while you’re on the waiting list. Call TiC+ on 01594 372 777 or visit their website.

  • Get support from NHS Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) (free)

    You can get help from CAMHS Gloucestershire, who offer specialist NHS support if you're having moderate to severe mental health difficulties. For anyone under the age of 18.

  • Get a one off TIC+ counselling session with One At A Time (free)

    A single 75 minute session within 10 days of your referral to TiC+. This session aims to identify your existing strengths, how things could be better and direct you towards strategies that may help you cope. Call TiC+ on 01594 372 777 or visit their website to self refer.

  • Get support for your worries and fears from Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage (free)

    'Lumi Nova: Tales of Courage' is an intergalactic adventure game where players step into the shoes of a newly recruited Luminaut and start an exciting adventure through space - travelling to different planets, meeting new characters, solving puzzles and attempting challenges to overcome fears and build confidence.

  • Get specialist treatment for eating disorders

    Evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, provided by a senior clinician in weekly sessions for you and your parents, carers or other family. You can refer yourself or you can ask your GP or other health professional to refer you/your child. To make a referral, please use the form provided.

  • Get advice and support from a school nurse by text with ChatHealth (free)

    ChatHealth offers a text support service to young people relating to a wide range of health and wellbeing issues. Available Mon - Fri, 9am - 4.30pm, excluding bank holidays. Send a text message to 07507 333351.

  • Get one-to-one and group support for young carers (free)

    Gloucestershire Young Carers helps young people whose caring role is affecting their mental wellbeing. For ages 8 to 24. You can refer yourself if you're over 18. If you're under 18, you'll need permission from a parent or carer.
