Talk to people who know what you're going through. Beat runs a number of weekly online support groups for people who have an eating disorder, or are looking after someone who has one.

Chat with a counsellor about what's worrying you using the online 1-2-1 chat. It's confidential, and no problem is too big or too small. For ages 18 and under. You can also call Childline on 0800 1111 - Childline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Have up to 20 sessions with a specialist support worker who'll listen and support you. For all genders aged 13+. Refer yourself online or call 01452 305 421 during office hours Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Fri 9.00am – 4.30pm.

Learn self-harm coping techniques with the Calm Harm app (free)
Calm Harm sets you tasks to help you resist and manage the urge to self harm until it fades. It uses principles from an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). For ages 13 and over.
